If another team member is over-elaborating, politely let them know * If an assignment will not be complete, notify the team prior to the meeting time * Silence implies consent - If you disagree, speak up * Meetings will start and end on time * Make positive statements about the team and project * Everything is public unless otherwise stated * Notify the team of vacations or other commitments * Listen to what's happening outside the ISC & SAS to bring information back to the team - Mike K. provided a historic overview of the ISC help desk consolidation and the selection of Apriori - Lila has successfully installed Apriori on an RS6000 (shared with PennBack) - Katie provided an overview of restructuring computing at Penn - We briefly discussed the team charge of the Apriori Implementation Project as one of a number of pilot projects stemming from the Restructuring Computing at Penn project. We should consider a restructured computing environment during the implementation. We will review the draft document of the charge for the next meeting. Minutes recorded by Kristin Nelson.
